Carers Unite started supporting the residents at Douglas Murray Home for the Aged at the beginning of COVID lockdown. Not only does Nicole impact the lives of our residents and contribute towards sustaining our Programme but she pays specific attention to the mental health and wellbeing of our carers. Her motivational talks and recognition is of great value to our staff. She always makes us feel valued and shows such gratitude towards our service to the Aged.
