Carers Unite, @buildtostrength and @oldmutualsa have collaborated. We visit various organizations and educate staff about the importance of self care, mental health and financial education.
Today we had the privilege of talking to Stodals staff and Ocean View associations for persons with disabilities.
The audience was very receiving and the feedback was amazing.
